10 months!
We tried to get a teddy picture ... have I mentioned that Isaac doesn't stop moving?
He finally sat still ... good thing Nate was there to catch him!

Monkeying around
We took a trip to the zoo this past weekend and watched as the gorillas put on quite the show!

He has really been enjoying his picture books lately
Some other fun things from the past few weeks:
He finally got two little bottom teeth (wow, he sure did not enjoy that experience) ;)
Isaac sucks down pasta like he's a vacuum cleaner and he LOVES fresh raspberries and blueberries (two words: blueberry cleanse).
He has taken to pointing at things and telling us what he is seeing. For example, "dah" is a tree and "wah" is a light fixture or vice versa. Sometimes he sees a "dah wah" which I think is a really big tree.

Labor Day Weekend
We had a family BBQ at Tutu's on Saturday to celebrate the summer birthdays. Isaac got to hang out with Grandpa Bob and wear his new hat.
We cheered for the Huskies and the Badgers that day (first games of the season!)
Isaac got a new walking toy which he is still trying to figure out. ;)
On Sunday, we hiked up Little Si. But first, lunch.
We all forget rain jackets -- thank goodness we remembered the umbrella.
Isaac got to play in the rocks and dirt during a quick snack break -- good stuff.

9 months!
Our little man is 9 months old! I can't believe it. He now weighs 23lbs 4oz and is just over 2 feet tall (29 inches). He is officially an expert crawler, which he found interesting for about a week or two. Now his new favorite thing is to pull up to a stand and cruise from furniture to furniture. Unfortunately, this new skill brings lots of falls and bruises. :(

Portland
Last Saturday we drove down to Portland to see Grandpa Bob. We had fun -- here are some of the highlights.
