Funny Isaac quotes

Some funny Isaac quotes from the past few days that made me laugh.....

---------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------
Me explaining to Isaac how a 4-wheeler has four wheels like a car but they are different in that a car has a steering wheel (instead of handlebars) and a body.

Isaac:  Mommy. Do NOT try to tell me that a 4-wheeler is like a car.

---------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------
Isaac:  I just farted and my butt went like this ... [claps two times]

---------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------
Isaac:  They make slides that you can use to get off counters.  We should get one of those.

Father's Day Weekend - 2013

Lots of adventures this past Father's Day weekend.  First stop, an organic U-Pick strawberry farm out in Monroe.

Then a picnic (including 3 lbs of freshly picked strawberries - YUM!) followed by some playtime down by the Skykomish River.

That evening, we enjoyed dinner on our new patio set. It is awesome!

Sunday, we hit the KEXP Dance Party at the EMP Museum.  Owen slept through most of it.

Then lunch and silliness at the cool Seattle Center Fountain

Tough Little Brother

Owen is one tough little brother.

Here is some recent art work by Isaac - it is one of the first times he has ever really drawn something other than just squiggles/circles.  The top is a person in a bed and the bottom is a person in a race car.  Faces and all!

First family hike

Off to Twin Falls for our first family hike!

Owen was a good little hiker.

Streeeettttccccchhhhh

Snacks and play time by the river

We took a little detour on our way  home to check out the Great Seattle Ferris Wheel.  Owen did not like it at first.  Turns out he was just hungry.

Very cool.

Capped off the day with ice cream!

Owen was pretty exhausted ..

Isaac, on the other hand, had enough energy to run through the sprinkler!
